My name is Santina, a floral resin artist from Ontario, Canada, who is passionate about creating and sharing nature’s timeless beauty in handmade floral jewelry and home décor.

Our mission at Citrine Queen Art is to spread joy by transforming flowers to art, creating unique handmade pieces.

The name for my company is inspired by my favorite crystal Citrine. I chose the name Citrine because I try to embody the prosperities it is believed to represent such as optimism, joy and endurance.  I added the name Queen to remind myself the importance of self love, self worth and self care.

 My idea for my company began as a healing journey and commitment to myself to practice daily gratitude and go for a daily walk to get some exercise, fresh air and a change of scenery. I started walking near my home and this evolved to walking to different parks and local trails.  Walking through the nature trails spoke to me in a way that it never had in the past. The sounds of birds chirping, a babbling stream, and the leaves rustling in the breeze were calming, helped me feel grounded and connected to Mother Earth. Most of all, I loved the colorful wild flowers -they called to me.

 I wanted to share the beauty of nature so I started expanding my garden to have a variety of flowers.  I started drying and preserving flowers as hobby, but I didn’t know what to do with them.  After awhile, I discovered resin and Citrine Queen Art was born.

Most of the flowers we use in our jewelry and home décor come from our garden. We try to support our community so we also supplement our garden by buying locally grown flowers.  Every aspect of a piece is made with a fine attention to detail to craft a unique and beautiful esthetic.
