Shipping policy

We currently ship products throughout Canada and the United States.  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  If live outside North America and would like to purchase our product, please contact us by e-mail at citrinequeenart@gmail.com.  Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes outside of our control, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.  Citrine Queen Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

We make every effort to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.  Most orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.  The third party shipping companies we use are usually able to deliver the product within the specified delivery period, but delivery times are not guaranteed.
